With 22 years of versatile experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dirgesh has established himself as an expert in both R&D and Manufacturing. From the development to commercialization of products, he has a sound experience working with some of the finest organizations such as Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Famy Care Group. Dirgesh’s expertise extends to the manufacturing of various dosage forms, including sterile and non-sterile Solid orals, Injectables, Semi-solids, Ophthalmic solutions, NDDS formulations, Combination products, and MDIs. He possesses excellent skills in dealing with third parties like CMO, CRO, CDL, CTL, and consultants. His in-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), cGMP, Data Integrity, Investigations, Compliance, and trending, makes him an expert in these areas. With his extensive experience in new product launches, he has a proven track record of implementing validation and quality assurance strategies through risk-based evaluation and decision-making. Furthermore, Dirgesh’s expertise in conducting audits of vendors, CMO, CRO, CDL, CTL as per regulatory requirements, and dealing with various regulatory audits and queries, add to his credentials as an expert in the field.
